Diginav created the Nautical Charts DVD and plotting system as a valuable and inexpensive way for sailors to get the complete updated collection of NOAA charts. These charts are just like paper charts but on a computer. Don't have a DVD drive? Thats ok cause we now sell the system on an 8gb Sandisk flash drive. You can select your package over on the left side.
Our disc contains over five gigabytes of nautical chart files and images equaling approximately 2100 charts. The DVD includes ALL of the NOAA RNC (Raster) charts. This is the easiest way to get into chart plotting. All you have to do is insert the DVD, click a button and you have all the charts right at hand. You can use our Portable GPS, setup waypoints, print out charts, track your positions, and much more.
Our DVD is compatible with; Win 10, Win 8, Win 7, Vista, XP, Win 2000, NT, ME, Win 98, Win 95. The chart plotting software has been integrated into the DVD menu. This is a true, "Plug and Play System" and can be run directly from the DVD, no installation required! You will need the portable GPS if you plan on tracking your position in real time.
